School Size

At maturity, RMHS will have a capacity of 60 - 70 students. For Fall 2024, a total of 20 new seats are expected to be available. By design, one-third of seats are reserved for families who qualify for free or reduced lunch to attend at $450 or less per year. RMHS is Freeway Accredited through the state of Indiana and supports this intentional socio-economic diversity through acceptance of Indiana School Choice Scholarships and Indiana Education Scholarship Account (ESA) funds.

Tuition

Out-of-pocket tuition costs are determined according to household size and Adjusted Gross Income (AGI). For the 2024 - 2025 school year, these costs are capped between 1.0% to 10.0% of household AGI. FINANCIAL AID IS AVAILABLE for families who meet Indiana state eligibility requirements for School Choice Vouchers or Education Scholarship Accounts (ESAs). The following examples are based on a tuition contract signed prior to March 15, 2024.

Example A: the estimated annual out-of-pocket cost for a student coming from a family of three with an AGI of $35,452 is $38.67/month for 11 months ($425.42 total).

Example B: the estimated annual out-of-pocket cost for a student coming from a family of five with an AGI of $67,452 is $337.26/month for 11 months ($3,709.86 total).

Example C: the estimated annual out-of-pocket cost for a student coming from a family of four with an AGI of $93,459 is $467.30/month for 11 months ($5,140.25 total).

Example D: the estimated annual out-of-pocket cost for a student coming from a family of four with an AGI of $190,200 is $1,040.91/month for 11 months ($11,450 total).

Example E: the estimated annual out-of-pocket cost for a student coming from a family of five with an AGI of $270,500 is $1,659.09/month for 11 months ($18,250 total).

Financial Aid

All families who attend RMHS pay for their student’s education at an income-appropriate level. The out-of-pocket amount a family pays depends on household size and household Adjusted Gross Income (AGI). Depending on these factors, a family’s out-of-pocket tuition payments will typically range from 1.0% to 10.0% of household Adjusted Gross Income (AGI).

indiana 529 tax credit for k-12 education

Indiana CollegeChoice 529 savings plans can be used to pay for K-12 education expenses. Indiana residents are eligible to receive a 20% Indiana income tax credit on contributions, up to a maximum of $1,000 per year.
